Privacy Policy

The short version: RunwayTreasury is a publisher. We collect the email address you choose to give us, we measure traffic with privacy-friendly analytics that does not identify you, and we never sell your data. This page spells out the details.

What we collect

1. Your email address, only if you give it to us. If you submit one of our subscribe forms (for example to get the treasury policy template or to join the monitoring waitlist), we collect the email address you enter and which form you used. That is it. We do not require a name, a company, or anything else.
2. Anonymous, aggregate usage data. We measure page views and general traffic patterns so we know which articles and tools are useful. This data is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.
3. Your tool inputs stay in your browser. The numbers you type into our calculators (such as the Cash Reality-Check) are processed entirely in your browser to show you a result. We do not receive them, we do not store them, and they never leave your device.

How we use it

We use your email only to send you what you signed up for: the resource you requested, occasional new guides and tools, and, if you joined the waitlist, a note when that product is live. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. We use aggregate analytics only to improve the site. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

Who processes your data

We are a small operation and rely on a few reputable third-party services to run the site. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Beehiiv stores our email list and handles our subscribe forms. When you submit a form, your email is held by Beehiiv on our behalf.
• Plausible Analytics provides our traffic measurement. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal or identifiable information.
• Cloudflare hosts and serves the site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

RunwayTreasury does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Our analytics is cookie-free. Third-party services used on the site (such as our email forms) may set their own cookies as described in their policies.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, which removes you from our list. If you would like us to delete the email address we hold for you, or you have any question about your data, email us and we will take care of it.
